Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the System

  Securely pack the gaming PC in its original internal and external packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed or your financing agreement will be adjusted within 5-7 business days.
